Inverthon 2.0 is an innovation competition that brings together the brightest minds from colleges across the region. Participants will tackle real-world challenges through creative problem-solving, technical expertise, and teamwork.

How to Participate

Form a team of 5 members with diverse skills (developers, designers, presenters)2
Choose your participation mode: PS-Based (pick a SIH problem statement) or Open Innovation (build on your own idea)3
If PS-Based, browse and select a problem statement from the mentioned SIH problem statements4
If Open Innovation, define your own problem and propose a creative solution5
Prepare your development environment and required tools before the event6
Build a working prototype/MVP prior to the hackathon day7
Create a compelling pitch deck explaining your solution's impact and feasibility8
Present your solution to judges with a live demoRules & Guidelines
All codes must be organized in Github Repository with proper documentation
Teams can use open-source libraries and APIs
PS-Based: Solution must directly address the chosen problem statement
Open Innovation: Solution must address a real-world problem with clear impact
Working demo is mandatory for final evaluation
Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification

- 2Select one of the three fields: Web Development, Data Science, or Cloud
- 3Build a working prototype/MVP demonstrating your solution
- 4All code must be organized in a GitHub repository with proper documentation
- 5Prepare a compelling pitch deck explaining your solution's impact and feasibility
- 6Present your solution to judges with a live demo
Hardware Track
Design and build your own hardware idea
Instructions
- 1Identify a real-world problem that can be solved with a hardware solution
- 2Design your prototype using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar platforms
- 3Integrate sensors, actuators, and IoT connectivity as needed
- 4Develop both the hardware prototype and any supporting software/app
- 5Bring your own components — prototypes can be built before the hackathon
- 6Document your circuit design, components used, and system architecture
- 7Demonstrate real hardware functionality — simulations are not accepted
- 8Present a working demonstration to the judges with a clear pitch
